Spravato Case Manager

  • Responsible for submitting prior authorizations and reauthorization for Spravato treatment
  • Responsible for tracking authorization status and adding to all necessary systems (monday.com, Tebra, etc)
  • Follow up on missing authorizations
  • Review intakes for completion prior to authorization being completed
  • Confirming information in all systems matches
  • Receive and input authorization approvals from insurance companies into EHR
  • Works with outside pharmacies for Spravato authorization and coverage
  • Assist patients in enrolling into the Spravato REMS program and Spravato Savings Program, JPAP as needed
  • Ensure all patient documents are sent in to REMS: Spravato monitoring forms, assignment of benefits, REMS enrollment, etc
  • Follow up with the clinic when documentation is missing
  • Schedule patients for their Spravato induction phase
  • Patient communication
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism, empathy, and positivity
