- Surface Preparation:Clean, sand, fill, and prime furniture surfaces to remove imperfections and create a smooth surface for coating.
- Masking:Apply masking tape and coverings to protect areas that should not be painted.
- Paint Preparation:Select, measure, and mix paints, stains, lacquers, or varnishes to achieve the correct color and consistency.
- Application:Apply finishes using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, ensuring even coverage and a professional finish.
- Inspection:Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, making any necessary touch-ups or adjustments.
- Equipment Maintenance:Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment, such as spray guns, to ensure proper function.
- Safety Compliance:Follow all safety protocols, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Collaboration:Communicate with team members, designers, and supervisors on project specifications, timelines, and quality requirements.
