Spray Painter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our team. The Spray Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints using spray equipment, and ensuring a high-quality finish on all projects. The ideal candidate must have experience with various painting techniques, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation:

• Clean, sand, and buff surfaces before painting.
• Repair damages such as cracks, dents, or rust.
• Mask and cover areas not to be painted.
• Remove rust, old paint, and other contaminants.

Paint and Color:

• Select and mix paints to match required colors and finishes.
• Apply primer, base coats, and clear coats to achieve the desired appearance.
• Ensure consistent, smooth, and even paint application without drips or runs.

Application and Finishing:

• Operate spray guns, airbrushes, and other painting tools efficiently.
• Adjust equipment settings for proper paint flow and film thickness.
• Follow correct drying times and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure high-quality results.

Maintenance and Safety:

• Clean spray guns, hoses, and paint booths after each use.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE (respirators, gloves, safety glasses, etc.).
• Properly store and dispose of paints, solvents, and chemicals.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of various paints, coatings, and spray techniques.
• Ability to mix and match colors accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
