SPRAY PAINTER

We are looking for an experienced Spray Painter with a strong background in joinery finishing. The role calls for someone who understands the craftsmanship behind woodwork and can deliver high-quality finishes that stand the test of time. The ideal candidate brings steady hands, traditional skill, and the discipline that comes from years in the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare wooden surfaces through sanding, filling, priming, and smoothing.
• Apply stains, lacquers, PU paint, varnish, and other finishing materials using spray-painting techniques.
• Mix and match colors and materials according to project requirements.
• Ensure flawless, uniform finishes on doors, panels, furniture, and bespoke joinery items.
• Identify imperfections and perform touch-ups and refinishing when needed.
• Maintain spray booth, tools, and equipment in safe and clean working condition.
• Follow all safety standards, material handling guidelines, and company procedures.
• Work closely with production, carpentry, and QC teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of proven experience as a Spray Painter in a joinery or woodworking environment.
• Strong knowledge of wood finishing materials and application techniques.
• Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality finishes under time-sensitive schedules.
• Familiarity with PU finishing, staining, polishing, and multi-coating systems.
• Good communication skills and a cooperative working style.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
