Spray Painter (Furniture)-Joinery

We are a well-established bespoke joinery and furniture manufacturing company, known for delivering high-quality craftsmanship to both residential and commercial clients. We are currently looking for a skilled Spray Painter with experience in furniture finishing and joinery to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

As a Joinery Spray Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing bespoke wooden furniture and joinery items using spray techniques (lacquers, paints, stains, etc.) to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, experience in high-end finishes, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare wooden surfaces for finishing (filling, sanding, priming)
• Mix and apply paints, lacquers, stains, and other finishes using spray equipment
• Ensure finishes meet company quality standards
• Carry out touch-ups and repairs as needed

Requirements:

• Proven 2-3 years of experience as a spray painter in a furniture or joinery workshop
• Strong knowledge of spraying techniques and finishing processes
• Ability to work with a variety of finishes (gloss, matt, satin, stain, etc.)
• Good attention to detail and pride in delivering a high-quality product
