Spray Painter

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation:Clean, sand, fill, and mask surfaces of wood, MDF, panels, and other joinery items to ensure a smooth, flawless finish.
• Paint Application:Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, and lacquers using HVLP or airless spray guns.
• Color Matching:Mix and match paint colors and finishes according to design specifications and color samples.
• Quality Control:Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects, and perform necessary touch-ups.
• Equipment Maintenance:Maintain and clean spray equipment, spray booths, and work areas.
• Safety Compliance:Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and use protective gear.
• Collaboration:Work with designers, production teams, and supervisors to understand project requirements and meet deadlines.
• Material Handling:Handle and move materials as required for the job.
