SQA Engineer

Office Automation Services is looking for a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our Engineering Team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our continuous integration processes, identifying and troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage test strategies in collaboration with development and support teams.
• Develop and maintain test documentation based on requirements and technical specifications.
• Analyze daily test results, track issues, and report defects effectively.
• Troubleshoot issues within systems under test and recommend solutions.
• Identify quality improvements and implement best practices.
• Review processes and applications to provide recommendations for enhancements.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in both SQA automation and manual testing.
• Hands-on experience in mobile, web, and desktop application testing.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular, and Python.
• Ability to write clear and effective test cases.
• Familiarity with Appium, and test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab, and test management tools like JIRA.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases.
