Union Steel Industries Looking Trainee Engineer In QC Deptartment.
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy

Responsibilities
Responsible to review, checking, and update Per Ft Bar weight sheet.

Responsible to report Assistant Manager and the Engineers of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department regarding production and Quality Results on a day-to-day basis or as required.
Responsible to implement the quality standards and quality control system. Responsible to inspecting finished rebar shape and its Quality as per American Standard (ASTM A-615), ((ASTM A-706) & British Standard (BS-4449) (e.g., Longitudinal ribs & Transverse ribs of rebar & Other’s parameters).
Responsible for preparing specific lengths and specific size order in coordination with Engineers of Quality Assurance and the Quality Control Department.
Responsible to meeting deadlines of Production Targets given by Engineers of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department.
Responsible to perform the floor activities and production as per plant specs and to get the optimum productivity. Responsible for ensuring smooth and safe operation of the plant with the consultation of Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department. Responsible to daily review the important parameters of critical equipment like the Ultimate Tensile Testing Machine, Spectroscopy Machine etc. Responsible for any additional essential duties from the QC Manager of Union Steel Industries to carry out this job.
