SQA Engineer

We are looking for an Experienced SQA with 1-3 years of experience who can manage a team environment and can work with little supervision.

Requirements

• Able to identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Familiarity with the latest testing tools and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SQA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Experience in performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Should track quality assurance metrics like defect densities and open defect counts.
• Strong Knowledge Of SDLC
• Test Case writing
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Hands-on experience in Bug Reporting
• Knowledge of both white box and black box testing
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development process
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Able to liaise with developers and project managers to identify system requirements.
• Must have good communication skills to take part in client calls.

Education

BS/MS in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering or any other similar equivalent disciplines
