Quality Officer / Quality Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and committed Quality Officer/Engineer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance and ISO system implementation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 and other quality standards.
• Conduct internal quality audits, generate audit reports, and follow up on corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, review, and manage quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and inspection plans.
• Perform in-process, incoming, and final inspections to ensure product compliance.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve non-conformities.
• Ensure calibration and verification of measuring and testing instruments.
• Assist in supplier quality assessments and maintain supplier evaluation records.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to quality performance and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction without compromising quality.
• Train production and quality staff on quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• DAE Mechanical or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in QA/QC roles in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial settings
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (5S, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA, FMEA, etc.)
• Familiarity with inspection techniques, gauges, and quality testing equipment
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in automotive, fabrication, metalworking, or engineering industries
• Exposure to external audits, customer audits, or certification processes
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other integrated management systems (IMS) is a plus
