Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our expanding QA team. This position requires full responsibility for both automated and exploratory testing throughout the complete QA lifecycle. The role includes defining testing strategies, effort estimation, test execution, documentation upkeep, result reporting, and defect tracking.

Key Duties

• Design, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and automation solutions
• Perform exploratory testing to identify risks and potential issues at early stages
• Log, track, and verify defects using standard bug-tracking systems
• Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality product releases
• Keep QA documentation accurate, well-organized, and up to date
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to project deadlines

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of practical experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Solid understanding of Software Development and Testing Life Cycles (SDLC/STLC)
• Hands-on experience testing software platforms and web-based applications (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Fast learner with a proactive, flexible, and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing both web and mobile applications
• Knowledge of manual testing techniques and test automation tools
• High attention to detail with strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated team player focused on delivering high-quality outcomes
• Analytical approach aimed at producing stable, reliable software
