Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SQA Engineer with 0–1 years of experience to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in software quality assurance while working closely with experienced QA and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on functional and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and basic performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Assist in test automation efforts using tools like Selenium and support maintenance of automated scripts.
• Maintain QA documentation including test cases, defect reports, and test execution results.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and QA review meetings.
• Continuously learn and apply QA best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skillset

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, internships, or academic projects.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC concepts.
• Basic knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques.
• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python).
• Exposure to QA tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or Postman is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with new technologies and testing frameworks.
