Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern who is eager to start a career in Software Quality Assurance. This internship offers hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications, with the potential to transition into a permanent QA position based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and application workflows
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly using tools like Jira/Trello
• Assist in test case creation and execution
• Perform Smoke, Sanity, Regression, and Functional Testing
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure quality delivery
• Support QA team in day-to-day testing activities
• Participate in requirement discussions and sprint meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts (STLC, SDLC)
• Knowledge of Manual Testing fundamentals
• Familiarity with Bug Reporting & Bug Tracking tools
• Basic understanding of web applications
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in QA domain

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Basic knowledge of API Testing
• Exposure to Automation Testing tools (Selenium/Cypress)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Background in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Internship to Permanent Transition

• This is an internship role, and top-performing interns will be offered a permanent position after successful evaluation.
• Training and mentorship will be provided during the internship period.
