About the Role

Software Pro is seeking a Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a solid understanding of QA practices, and hands-on experience with website and software testing. This role involves working on pixel-perfect websites, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) testing, HTML/CSS validation, Figma-to-HTML reviews, and automation testing (Java).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and test websites, software, and applications to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct pixel perfection checks for theme-based websites.
• Perform CRO testing to ensure optimized user journeys.
• Validate front-end development (HTML/CSS, Figma-to-HTML).
• Document and track bugs, errors, and issues systematically.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to resolve identified problems.
• Assist in developing automated test scripts (Java).
• Maintain QA documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 1 year of QA experience
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Figma-to-HTML validation, CRO, and website QA.
• Basic experience with automation testing (Java) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
