SQA (Software Quality Assurance) Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze software requirements and technical specifications
• Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated)
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve defects
• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are properly closed
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA meetings
• Ensure software meets quality standards and client requirements
• Prepare test reports and provide QA status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3or above years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (fresh candidates may apply if mentioned)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Experience with manual testing techniques
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello)
• Basic knowledge of APIs and database testing is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
