Job Description
- Build and execute marketing campaigns in Braze across email, PUSH, in-app, and SMS.
- Develop dynamic content using Liquid scripting to personalize communication.
- Configure Canvas flows for customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
- Build responsive and visually appealing email templates using drag and drop options.
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Set up user segments based on behavioral and demographic data.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking and integrate UTM parameters as needed.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot delivery or rendering issues.
- Maintain campaign documentation and asset libraries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign briefs and ensure timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot rendering, deliverability, and personalization issues, ensuring best practices and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
Must have skills
1. Hands on experience working in the Braze platform.
2. Proficiency with dynamic content blocks and Liquid scripting.
3. Experience in journey-building within Braze.
3. Solid grasp of email marketing best practices, segmentation, targeting, and GDPR compliance.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working independently and with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibiltes
1. Develop, configure, and maintain multi-channel campaigns in Braze, leveraging Canvas and Liquid templating for dynamic content personalization
2. Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into executable Braze workflows.
3. Troubleshoot and optimize message delivery, content rendering, and campaign performance across all supported channels (email, push, in-app, SMS).
4. Ensure all campaigns adhere to data privacy regulations and internal compliance protocols (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
5. Provide ongoing technical support and training to internal teams, enabling them to self-serve within the Braze platform efficiently.
