1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely posting of entries in Tally/ERP system.
- Supervise outlet and head office cash flow & expense tracking.
2. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews.
- Generate MIS reports and share financial insights with management.
3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and Income Tax returns and compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory filings.
- Ensure timely payments of all government dues.
4. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare budgets and forecasts in coordination with the management team.
- Monitor and control operational costs, inventory, and variances.
- Recommend cost optimization strategies.
5. Team Management
- Supervise junior accountants and ensure accuracy in their work.
- Provide training and support to strengthen the finance team.
- Allocate tasks and review performance.
6. Vendor & Banking Relations
- Manage vendor payments, credit terms, and reconciliations.
- Maintain relationships with banks and handle loan documentation, if any.
- Ensure proper fund management and cash flow planning.
7. Internal Controls & Process Improvement
- Implement and monitor financial policies and SOPs.
- Strengthen internal control systems to prevent leakage and fraud.
- Ensure smooth coordination with HR, operations, and procurement teams.
