Sr. Account Manager

India

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
  • Ensure timely posting of entries in Tally/ERP system.
  • Supervise outlet and head office cash flow & expense tracking.

2. Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews.
  • Generate MIS reports and share financial insights with management.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

  • Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and Income Tax returns and compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory filings.
  • Ensure timely payments of all government dues.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare budgets and forecasts in coordination with the management team.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, inventory, and variances.
  • Recommend cost optimization strategies.

5. Team Management

  • Supervise junior accountants and ensure accuracy in their work.
  • Provide training and support to strengthen the finance team.
  • Allocate tasks and review performance.

6. Vendor & Banking Relations

  • Manage vendor payments, credit terms, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and handle loan documentation, if any.
  • Ensure proper fund management and cash flow planning.

7. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

  • Implement and monitor financial policies and SOPs.
  • Strengthen internal control systems to prevent leakage and fraud.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with HR, operations, and procurement teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
