Manage daytoday account responsibilities while driving execution of sales strategies that align with each manufacturer’s growth goals, Target’s goals, and sales BU goals

Serve as the primary point of contact between sales, manufacturer partners, and Target; ensure clear, proactive communication that supports sales initiatives and business objectives

Partner to align on objectives, ensuring all sales initiatives are executed effectively and on time

Lead crossfunctional collaboration across internal teams to execute salesdriving initiatives and meet roadmap milestones

Lead weekly sales reporting with trend analysis, identifying risks and opportunities to accelerate revenue and improve performance

Analyze key reporting periods to deliver actionable, goaloriented insights that inform partner decisionmaking and sales performance

Drive incremental sales through strategic ideation, identifying new opportunities, promotional tactics, and valueadded services for manufacturer partners

Own SKUlevel management, including forecasting, inventory flow, and replenishment strategies to maximize instock rates and reduce markdown exposure

Conduct ongoing assortment and vendor performance analysis, recommending optimizations that improve sales productivity and portfolio health

Lead execution of promotional strategies, including planning, calendar alignment, and ROI/profitability analysis for highimpact initiatives

Support multichannel sales strategies by coordinating execution across instore and digital channels for full product portfolios

Manage new vendor and factory onboarding processes, including factory audits and testing protocols; ensuring readiness to support sales launch and sustained growth

Conduct competitive analysis and comp shopping to provide insights that strengthen market positioning and pricing strategies

Own line review preparation and execution, ensuring manufacturer assortments are positioned to win inmarket

Drive influential presentation preparation and message narratives to support sales purpose

Act as a key problem solver for sales execution challenges, providing timely solutions that minimize disruption and protect revenue

Maintain ownership of assigned accounts from planning through execution, ensuring delivery against sales targets and partner expectations

Engage in delegation to and development of merch coordinator positions

Contribute to team success by sharing insights, best practices, and supporting a highperformance, collaborative culture

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an account manager or business analyst working with Target; Private label experience preferred; rep group experience with Target a +

Strong understanding of Target systems including POL, Miro, Spark et al

Excellent project management and collaboration skills

Driven and strong initiative in a team environment

Advanced Excel and Power Point Skills

Understand industry trends and application to business planning
