Sr. Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred
• Experience: 5–8 years in accounting, with at least 3–5 years in UAE construction projects
• Familiarity with local regulations, contracts, and project-based accounting
• Strong knowledge of construction industry accounting practices
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Expertise in UAE VAT laws and compliance
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for cost management
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Generate MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets for construction projects.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Support tendering and estimation teams with financial inputs.
• Ensure adherence to UAE accounting standards and construction industry regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Implement internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
