Sr. Accountant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Handle tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Supervise junior accounting staff and support their development
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
• Identify process improvements and implement best accounting practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACCA / CA (Part-qualified or qualified preferred)
• 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry-specific, e.g., manufacturing, retail, banking]
• Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
