Sr. Accountant

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Accountant with exceptional command over core accounting, practical knowledge of audit procedures, and a basic to moderate understanding of costing, to strengthen our finance team.

Key Requirements:

· Strong command over financial accounting, general ledger, and financial reporting.

· Hands-on experience in preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

· Experience in accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management.

· Proficiency in ERP systems.

· Good understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.

· Basic to moderate exposure to costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Skill Set Requirement:

· Excellent in Accounting (must be core strength).

· Moderate in Audit (internal controls, compliance, and coordination with auditors).

· Average in Costing (basic cost analysis and reporting understanding).

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and oversee general ledger and financial records.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Support and coordinate with internal and external auditors.

· Monitor expenses and prepare costing and budgeting reports.

Experience & Qualification:

· Experience 10–15 years in relevant fields.

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field (MBA, ACCA, CMA preferred)
