Sr Accountant Manager (CA) Qualified

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager who is a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong accounting, finance, and reporting expertise. The candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support management in strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and supervise the accounts team.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
• Oversee audit processes (internal and external) and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with management for financial planning and risk assessment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and implement process improvements in accounting systems.

Skills & Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, taxation, and corporate finance principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems, or SAP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Leadership abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
