Sr. Accounts Executive / Male/4 + years

Xpress Labels Pvt Ltd is looking for detail-oriented and organized Accounts and Billing Executive to manage billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing and financial transactions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices to customers with accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely payment from clients.
• Process payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Petty cash management with accurate receipt.
• Handle and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Bank Reconciliation
• Journal Entries
• Assist with month-end closing processes and other accounting and finance functions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and streamline billing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a billing or accounting department or a similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Trustworthy and critical thinker

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
