With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Sr. Accountant Manager who will lead our accounting department and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all statutory requirements.

Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented professional with 8–10 years of experience in accounting up to finalization. The ideal candidate will manage the overall finance and accounting function, implement best practices, streamline accounting processes, and provide financial insights to support decision-making. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the entire accounts department.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, general ledgers, and financial records.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements to support management decisions.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
• Monitor internal controls and suggest process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Train, mentor, and manage junior accounting staff.
• Analyze financial data and present reports to management for strategic decision-making.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles to ensure smooth cash flow.
• Assist in ERP implementation and automation of accounting functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in accounting up to finalization.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Expertise in accounting software such as Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other financial tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
