Sr Accounts Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budget, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the CFO and other stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the company’s financial strategy.
• Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

• Education: Qualified/Part CMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CA
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks,TallyERP).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
