Utah Valley University is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Administrative Support professional to provide executive-level support to the Associate Vice President for Strategic Engagement. This position plays a critical role in advancing the university’s mission by ensuring the AVP’s office operates with excellence, efficiency, and thoughtful coordination. The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who brings discretion, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit to support high-level initiatives, relationships, and priorities that connect the university with key internal and external stakeholders.
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor's degree related to the summary of duties and one year of administrative experience or any combination of related education and/or experience totaling five years.
