Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented HRAnalytics Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role will beresponsible for leveraging data to provide insights that support strategic HRdecisions, improve employee experience, and optimize workforce planning. Theideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in datavisualization tools, and a passion for transforming HR data into actionableintelligence.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, surveys).

Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity, and performance.

Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies through predictive analytics.

Collaborate with HR business partners to identify trends and provide data-backed recommendations.

Conduct ad hoc analyses to support HR initiatives and leadership decision-making.

Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Automate recurring reports and streamline data processes using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R.

Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
