Sr. Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, functionality, and innovation.

· Produce conceptual drawings, renderings, mood boards, and documents.

· Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

· Coordinate with customers during the design and construction stages.

· Conduct on-site visits to ensure adherence to design and specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

· 4+ years of relevant experience (preferred).

· Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Rhino, MS Office, and Excel.

· Strong attention to detail and visualization skills.

· Knowledge of building products, construction details, and MEP and structural design.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

· Ability to manage multiple projects within budgets and timelines.

Skills Required:

Drafting and detailing of architectural plans.

Expertise in layout, color, lighting, and material selection.

Location : Punjabi Bagh, Delhi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
