Sr. Associate, AMI Performance

Job summary:

Work with the other members of the AMI Team in identifying and collecting the relevant baseline data related to AMI asset performance using local technical knowledge and reporting systems

General Responsibilities:

  • Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems
  • Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
  • Reporting
  • Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business policies and standards.
  • Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
  • Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.


Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Execute all customer facing transactions in line with TAQA Distribution customer strategy resulting in higher satisfaction and timely delivery of services
  • Address customer needs, problems and requests in a timely manner
  • Ensure the delivery of a world-class customer experience
  • Support the customer focused culture minimizing disruption to impacted customers ensuring customers are kept informed
  • Use the developed key performance indicators to monitor the performance of AMI assets
  • Analyse data required for AMI performance needs investigation.
  • Contribute to routine audits for policies and procedures to ensure compliance with TAQA Distribution policies
  • Assist with AMI maintenance programme
  • Collect data to carry out asset fault analysis to identify the most problematic areas on the substation, then accordingly quantify the risks and prioritize them

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent

3 years of relevant working experience


Desired Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent

6 years of relevant working experience
