About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Professional to lead supplier quality systems, drive process improvements, and ensure high-performance supplier delivery across components & sub-assemblies. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Casting, Machining, Powder Coating, or Plastic Parts.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Develop & implement quality system procedures and standards for plants and suppliers.
2️ Lead end-to-end Supplier Quality processes:

• PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans
• Audits, Testing, PDI & SQP audits

3️ Use statistical tools & data analysis to identify process and product quality improvement areas.
4️ Drive proactive improvements on PPR, TBR, PQC, IQC KPIs.
5️ Handle customer complaints using 8D, Why-Why & root cause analysis tools.
6️ Plan, execute & close supplier SQP audits; improve supplier performance index (SPI).
7️ Ensure supplier compliance with IMS, corporate, safety & regulatory frameworks.
8️ Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Engineering & Quality teams from NPD to SOP.
