ROLE SUMMARY

The position is mainly responsible to administer in the assigned mall security function and to provide optimalnlevel of security and safety for the property and assets.

ROLE PROFILE

• Handle tenant operational requests related to stock taking, visual merchandising, material deliveries, store maintenance, and minor renovation works, while coordinating approvals with security.
• Supervise mall security operations to ensure the safety of assets, tenants, staff, and visitors at all times.
• Support the development and implementation of the annual security risk management plan within approved budgets.
• Collaborate with Mall Management to create and execute effective security strategies for the mall.
• Coordinate security arrangements for events and promotions with Marketing and MPM to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.
• Manage operational and project budgets effectively, including OPEX expenses and assigned CAPEX projects.
• Oversee daily operations and contractor performance, ensuring corrective actions are taken, security KPIs are met, and regular meetings are held with the security site manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies, including contractor adherence, traffic management during peak hours/emergencies, and promoting MAF values and code of conduct.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in mall operations, facilities management, or a similar environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities to manage daily operational and security-related tasks.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to support tenants, staff, and visitors professionally.
• Basic knowledge of safety, security, and risk management procedures is an advantage.
