Job Objective:

To collaborate with external suppliers, including copywriters and artworkers, to ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality brand materials across all customer touchpoints, supporting JCSA’s marketing, events, and revenue-generating activities.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with external suppliers, including copywriters and artworkers, to ensure aspirational and consistent brand output across all customer touchpoints, supporting revenue growth across ticketing, membership, hospitality, auctions, merchandise, and non-Raceday business at all JCSA venues and events.


  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, creative suppliers, and agencies to ensure clear briefing processes and effective production management that delivers high-quality brand materials on time, on budget, and aligned with audience needs.


  • Coordinate the production of all brand assets, including but not limited to Raceday advertising (using creative agency toolkits), Raceday venue outputs (POS, IPTV, signage, digital toolkits, racebooks, menus, accreditation, marketing booths), and collateral for hospitality, sales, marketing, racing, and corporate communications.


  • Brief photographers, source imagery, support in managing photoshoots, provide copy, proofread, and assist in the creation of artwork.


  • Support the Events Operations team in the development and implementation of customer activations aligned with brand values.


  • Assist in the production and coordination of environmental branding and wayfinding to ensure exceptional guest experiences at events.


  • Contribute to the implementation of the marketing communication plan for the Saudi Cup and key racing seasons in Riyadh and Taif.


  • Work with the HR team to promote a brand-aligned, customer-oriented culture by supporting initiatives that help staff embody JCSA’s brand values.
  • Assist in budget monitoring by tracking expenses, reporting variances, and adhering to financial policies related to production activities.


  • Operate within the framework set by the Marketing Director, with autonomy to plan and organize workload, coordinate deliverables, and support execution of marketing plans.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the same field.
