About the role

As a Business Analyst, you will make an impact by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and implemented. You will be a valued member of the consulting delivery team and work collaboratively with business users, development teams, and clients.

In this role, you will:

• Integrate Global Mobility processes into workflows and documentation to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.

• Create and manage user stories and epics aligned with Agile methodology using JIRA.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements and resolve issues between business and technical teams.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating deliverables before deployment.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Washington, DC. What you must have to be considered

• Strong understanding of Global Mobility policies and workflows (must-have).

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA for backlog management and issue tracking.

• Excellent documentation skills for processes, user stories, and epics.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

These will help you succeed

• Familiarity with HR or relocation processes.

• Experience facilitating workshops and Agile ceremonies.

• Knowledge of compliance and process documentation best practices.
