• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• 8+ years of experience eliciting business requirements and producing detailed technical design documentation.

• Proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise application projects.

• Strong experience reviewing technical design documents for quality and completeness.

• Experience in responsive application development and human-centric design principles.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and modern SDLC methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency in process modeling tools for:

  • Flowcharts

  • Data models

  • Business process diagrams

• Solid understanding of:

  • Enterprise system integrations

  • APIs and middleware

  • Cloud computing environments

  • Legacy and emerging technologies
