- Identify and target potential clients (B2B focus: e-commerce)
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer logistics needs and offer tailored solutions
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing and service terms
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends
- Identify new market opportunities within KSA (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, etc.)
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs
- Work closely with operations team for smooth service delivery
- Ensure client requirements are executed as agreed
- Follow up on service issues and resolve complaints
- Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
- Track KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, and client retention
