Sr. Business development Executive (Logistics)

  • Identify and target potential clients (B2B focus: e-commerce)
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand customer logistics needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing and service terms
  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends
  • Identify new market opportunities within KSA (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, etc.)
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs
  • Work closely with operations team for smooth service delivery
  • Ensure client requirements are executed as agreed
  • Follow up on service issues and resolve complaints
  • Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
  • Track KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, and client retention

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,470.35 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
