Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and scale our sales and marketing initiatives across global markets. This role is designed for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments and has proven success in B2B growth.

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for devising innovative strategies, leading sales teams, and building strong client relationships that translate into measurable revenue growth. You will oversee integrated marketing campaigns, leverage data analytics for insights, and serve as a Digital Doctor, diagnosing client needs and prescribing tailored digital marketing solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams, align strategies across PR, digital, and brand communication, and represent Moris Media at industry events as a thought leader. This position offers both autonomy and high responsibility, with the opportunity to shape market expansion, elevate brand presence, and drive long-term client partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed business targets
  • Build and maintain long-term B2B client relationships, offering tailored solutions
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities
  • Act as a Digital Doctor, prescribing bespoke marketing solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution
  • Represent Moris Media as a thought leader at industry events and forums
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage sales budgets, optimize resource allocation, and maximize ROI

Primary Skills

  • Strong B2B sales acumen with a proven record of exceeding targets
  • Expertise in strategic planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (PR, SEO, social media, content marketing, etc.)
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and manage teams
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling brand narratives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and driving revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of market analysis and customer relationship management

Experience

  • 2–7 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing with revenue growth achievements
  • Prior experience in the PR, digital marketing, or agency industry preferred
  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and managing client accounts
