2. Role Summary

Responsible for assisting the Restaurant Management Team. Supervises daily operations, leads team members, and ensures excellent customer service.

3. Detailed Roles & Responsibilities

· Leading and Motivating: Guiding and inspiring team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

· Supervising Operations: Overseeing daily tasks, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness.

· Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

· Training and Onboarding: Helping new employees integrate into the team and learn the ropes.

· Customer Service: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

· Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.

· Cash Handling: Managing cash transactions and ensuring accuracy.

· Labor Cost Management: Assisting with scheduling and managing labor costs.

Other Responsibilities:

· Food Safety: Ensuring food is prepared and stored according to safety standards.

· Quality Control: Checking the quality and accuracy of received goods.

· Team Coordination: Working with other team members and shifts to ensure smooth operations.

· Store Maintenance: Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

· Stock Rotation: Ensuring proper stock rotation and minimizing waste.

· Opening and Closing Duties: May include opening or closing the store and securing it.

4. Education & Experience

  • Minimum: High school diploma (Grade 10–12) or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or Culinary Arts.
  • Additional Advantage: Training in food safety, hygiene (HACCP), or customer service.
