Sr. Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve retail sales targets.
  • teams to implement promotional campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate (or) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
