Qualifications:
- MBA + 2 years (Relevant experience)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
Required Skills:
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and extraordinary presentation skills
- Basic knowledge about Import / Export process
- Good in Data Analysis Skill
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
- Problem solving Skill
- Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed.
- Candidate should be focused on following up independently and deliver results.
Job Description:
- Complete coordination with the client for clearance of the shipment
- Coordination with external agencies like shipping line, Forwarders etc
- Internal coordination with operation team, Documentation Team, Accounts Team transport department etc
- Keeping track of shipments and coordinate with client for documents and further filing
- Day to day updation in software
- Preparation and submission of monthly reports
- Preparing fund requirement and preparing for Billing
