Sr. Design Engineer

• Design and develop 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings of valves, fittings, and related components using SolidWorks.
• Ensure designs comply with standards like ASME, ANSI, API, ISO, and customer specifications.
• Prepare BOMs, part lists, tolerances, and GD&T for manufacturing and assembly.
• Collaborate with process, piping, and instrumentation engineers to translate functional requirements into designs.
• Select suitable materials, seals, gaskets, fasteners, and coatings for products.
• Conduct design reviews and implement DFM/DFA principles for manufacturability.
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation, and iterate designs based on results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during production, manufacturing, or testing.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and best practices in valve/fitting design.
• Maintain documentation, support client queries, and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
