Sr. Digital Marketing Executive

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to manage and execute digital strategies that enhance visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth in the market research industry. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and capable of leading a small marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage SEO & SEM campaigns to improve visibility and traffic. (Mandatory)
• Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing. (Mandatory)
• Manage social media channels to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Develop content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports.
• Use marketing automation tools to streamline workflows.
• Apply CRO techniques to increase conversions.
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve campaign goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing within the market research industry.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, and CRM/automation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
