Sr. Estimator

Job Title:

Sr. Estimator

Duties:

• Review orders on contract from field estimators for contract compliance
• Manage all orders on contract within a geographical location
• Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract
• Review dispute letters, analyze contract documents and make contract interpretation on validity of dispute
• Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff and contract management on issues and complex matters

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or associates degree with 6 years’ of estimating experience.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
Estimating experience in all areas of construction preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
