Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager Warehouse Operations

Job Purpose

The position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning of electrical operations, maintaining efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in Plant warehouse operation
• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Manage staff schedules, site logistics, supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate between departments (HR, logistics, procurement, safety, etc.).
• Ensure production/service targets and deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Ensure that all site activities follow local, and industry-specific regulations
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance.
• Lead safety training and ensure employees follow protocols.
• Investigate incidents or near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Generate compliance reports, operational summaries, and incident logs, Report non-compliance issues and assist in resolving them quickly.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and clients, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Engineering Graduate or Diploma Holder in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant operational experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electrical operations and systems.
• Good leadership and team-handling skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
