Key responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the full hiring cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, address grievances, and promote workplace harmony.
  • Performance management: Oversee performance reviews and assist in developing performance improvement plans.
  • HR administration: Maintain accurate employee records, process payroll, and manage benefits administration.
  • Policy and compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
  • Training and development: Oversee and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Strategic support: Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and analyzing workforce metrics to support decision-making.
  • Health and safety: Ensure a safe work environment by reviewing and enforcing health and safety policies.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a human resources role is often preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and maintain detailed records.
  • Knowledge: A solid understanding of labor laws and HR principles.
  • Empathy: The ability to listen to and empathize with employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,062.21 - ₹38,907.40 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HRMS/PAYROLE: 2 years (Required)
  • RECRUITMENT: 2 years (Required)
