Key responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the full hiring cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, address grievances, and promote workplace harmony.
- Performance management: Oversee performance reviews and assist in developing performance improvement plans.
- HR administration: Maintain accurate employee records, process payroll, and manage benefits administration.
- Policy and compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
- Training and development: Oversee and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Strategic support: Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and analyzing workforce metrics to support decision-making.
- Health and safety: Ensure a safe work environment by reviewing and enforcing health and safety policies.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience: At least two years of experience in a human resources role is often preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and maintain detailed records.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of labor laws and HR principles.
- Empathy: The ability to listen to and empathize with employees.

Pay: ₹17,062.21 - ₹38,907.40 per month
