  • Independently manage and process payroll for multiple entities and locations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Validate employees’ investment proof documents to accurately compute tax liabilities.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly and annual Salary TDS returns.
  • Issue Form 16 to employees within statutory timelines.
  • Manage HR operations, including onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
  • Support HR compliance, audits, and documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
