Sr. Executive Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute local marketing and BTL (Below The Line) activities to promote dental clinics and increase walk-ins.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and community groups for awareness campaigns and events.
• Organize and manage on-ground activations, dental check-up camps, and clinic launch activities as per company plan.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing programs and campaigns.
• Track competitor activities, collect feedback from field events, and share regular performance reports
• To create the required pipeline of the by maintaining the corporate relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field with 3+ years of experience in BTL or offline marketing.
• Experience in healthcare, clinics, retail chains, or diagnostics preferred.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reports and presentations.
• Flexible and open to travel across major cities; able to manage multiple campaigns and tight timelines.
