Sr Executive Quality Control

• Job responsibilities include ensuring smooth rolling operation with efficient management of manpower, availability of resources, and allocation.

• Responsible for preparing Quality Assurance and Quality Control Departments Production Report on day-to-day basis.

• Responsible to prepare Quality Assurance and Quality Control Departments' Production Report on a Monthly basis.

• Responsible to report the Directors of Union Steel Industries regarding production and on day-to-day basis or as required.

• Responsible for noting down every stoppage and fault then determining corrective actions.

• Responsible to designing quality standards and developing quality control systems.

Responsible for minimizing wastage at every steps, most importantly on CCS “1” shear cuts.

• Responsible to Inspecting finished rebar shape and its Quality as per American Standard (ASTM A-615), ((ASTM A-706) & British Standard (BS-4449) (e.g., Longitudinal ribs & Transverse ribs of rebar & Other’s parameters).

• Responsible to meeting deadlines of Production Targets on the basis of discussion of required sizes and lengths with coordination of Top Management.

• Responsible to plan the floor activities and production as per plant specs and to get the optimum productivity.

• Responsible to ensure smooth and safe operation of the plant with the consultation of QC Manager.

• Timely Production batch and reconciliation of data in Oracle.

• Responsible to ensure the availability of required resources/consumables for smooth operation.

• Responsible to perform any additional essential duties from The Directors of Union Steel Industries to carry out this job.
