Job Description: STPI/SEZ Documentation and Operations Manager/Executive

Location: Banglore/Chennai/Hyderabad

Reports to: Head of Operations/Compliance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and execute STPI/SEZ documentation and operational activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manager Level:

- Oversee STPI/SEZ documentation, including registration, renewal, and amendments

- Ensure compliance with STPI/SEZ regulations, rules, and guidelines

- Manage operational aspects, including unit setup, expansion, and closure

- Coordinate with government authorities, STPI/SEZ officials, and internal stakeholders

- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and SOPs for STPI/SEZ operations

- Lead a team of executives, providing guidance and support

- Analyze operational data, identifying areas for improvement

Executive Level:

- Prepare and submit STPI/SEZ documentation, including applications and returns

- Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, government authorities, and STPI/SEZ officials

- Maintain accurate records and databases

- Assist in operational activities, including unit setup and expansion

- Identify and mitigate operational risks

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in STPI/SEZ documentation and operations

- Strong knowledge of STPI/SEZ regulations, rules, and guidelines

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of export-import regulations and procedures

- Experience with STPI/SEZ software and systems

- Familiarity with compliance and risk management principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
