Key Responsibilities:1 . Talent Acquisition*Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.*Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.*Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and contribute to employer branding activities.2. Employee Life Cycle Management*Oversee the complete employee life cycle from onboarding to separation.*Ensure smooth handling of induction, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit formalities.*Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HRMS.*Conduct exit interviews and share insights for continuous improvement.3. Training & Development (T&D)*Identify training needs in coordination with department heads and performance evaluations.*Plan and execute in-house and external training programs.*Track training effectiveness and maintain training MIS and records.4. Employee Engagement*Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.*Organize events, festivals, and team-building activities to promote a positive work culture.*Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvement measures.5. Performance Management System (PMS)*Coordinate the annual and mid-year appraisal processes.*Ensure timely goal setting, review meetings, and evaluation completion.*Assist managers in aligning employee goals with organizational objectives.6. KRA & KPI Management*Support in defining, implementing, and tracking KRAs and KPIs across departments.*Analyze performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management review.7. Payroll & HR Operations*Assist in payroll processing and ensure data accuracy (attendance, leaves, incentives, etc.).*Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement.*Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain HR documentation.Qualifications & Experience:*MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.*3–6 years of relevant experience in HR functions (preferably in manufacturing or corporate setup).*Knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel, and statutory compliance is essential.Key Competencies:*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.*Analytical and detail-oriented approach.*Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.*High level of integrity and confidentiality.*Proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset.
