Sr. Executive - Trims, Accessories & Laces

Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion Design, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Experience:- 7–8 years of experience in garment trims, lace sourcing, or accessories management.

Job Description:-

• Source and develop laces, trims, and garment accessories according to design and production requirements.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams for seasonal collections.
• Identify and manage local suppliers in Karachi, Lahore, and Faisalabad markets for trims and accessories.
• Ensure trims meet quality standards and brand requirements.
• Handle cost negotiation and supplier management to maintain competitive pricing.
• Follow up with vendors for sampling, approvals, and bulk production orders.
• Strong knowledge of lace varieties, embroidery trims, buttons, zippers, elastics, patches, and fashion accessories.
• Ensure timely delivery of trims to support production schedules.
• Maintain a trim library and supplier database for future collections.
• Work closely with the design team during collection development and sampling stages.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour
